You will not post, or share with other members, any material that is threatening, illegal, defamatory, or discriminatory, on this Website.
You will not provide personally identifiable information on your posted pictures or profiles, including but not limited to: last name, employer, email address, mailing address, website address, instant messaging address, or phone number.
You will not post any material to this Website which violates copyright, privacy, trademark, or intellectual property rights, without proper and complete legal permission.
You will not engage in solicitation of or advertising to other members, for commercial or non-profit ventures of any kind; you will not send spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited promotions of any kind to other members; your posted pictures and profiles will not contain commercial reference including but not limited to website addresses and brand promotions.
You may terminate your membership at any time. Your profiles and pictures are automatically deleted immediately. However, messages you may have sent or replied to are not deleted.

REFUNDS
All transactions on this Website are considered final. Tiki does not generally issue refunds; Tiki accepts a maximum payment of only one month in advance at a time. In the event that a new member requests a refund, having used none of the services of this Website (including but not limited to: posting pictures, posting profiles, reading or sending messages, searching member profiles, or viewing member profiles), a full refund up to one month will be provided with closure of the membership.
Any other refund request will be at the sole discretion of Tiki; and refund issued will never exceed the pro-rated unused portion of the current billing month.

§ Tiki cannot absolutely ensure the privacy or security of information you provide to us, and you release Tiki from any and all liability arising from the use of such information by other parties
